To stop using a paid plan only, change to the Free plan. To stop using RuffRuff Author Profiles itself, uninstall the app from Shopify admin.
To cancel a paid plan while keeping the app and settings data, select the Free plan on the Plans screen. After the change, paid-plan-only features are not available.
(1) Open the Plans screen
From Shopify admin → Apps → RuffRuff Author Profiles, open "Plans."
(2) Select the Free plan
Select the Free plan, then confirm the change by following the on-screen instructions.
If you will not use RuffRuff Author Profiles going forward, uninstall the app from Shopify admin. Uninstalling also ends the paid-plan subscription.
Note: Uninstalling the app disables author profile features and deletes this app's settings data and author data.
(1) Open Apps and sales channels
Open Shopify admin → Settings → Apps and sales channels.
(2) Uninstall RuffRuff Author Profiles
In the app list, select "Uninstall" for "RuffRuff Author Profiles," then confirm by following the on-screen instructions.
