Person: Use for individual authors such as writers, bloggers, or creators.
Organization: Use for companies or teams.
The profile image is set by entering a URL — images are not uploaded directly through the app. Upload your image to Shopify Admin under "Content > Files," copy the URL, and paste it into the Profile image field.
Plain text editing is available on all plans. Upgrading to the Light Plan or above unlocks rich text editing, which supports bold, italic, underline, strikethrough, text color, and link insertion.
