After you install the app, follow the four steps on the home screen to display author profiles on your online store.

If you select a theme that is not compatible with Online Store 2.0 on the home screen, a message appears that custom support is required. To use a vintage theme, contact us through the contact form.

To set this up manually from "App embeds" in the theme editor, see App Block vs. App Embed.

Check: Open the blog post, product, or page you applied an author to in the online store, and confirm that the profile appears.

If the above still does not solve the issue, contact us through the contact form.
