If the job title is not displaying, check the author's input, author type, and Customize visibility settings in that order.
From "Authors" in the app menu, open the target author and confirm that "Job title" has a value. If it is blank, enter a value and select "Save."
If the author type is "Organization," you cannot enter a job title, and it is not displayed on the online store. To show a job title, set the author type to "Person."
Open "Customize" from the app menu and confirm that "Show job title" is on. If it is off, turn it on and select "Save."
