Author profile translation is available on the Light Plan and above — you can translate the author name, profile image, description, job title, link URL, and link title into every language your online store supports.
Open the author edit screen
Select "Translate" in the top right of the screen
Under "Language to translate," select a language your online store supports
Enter translations for each field (author name, profile image, description, job title, link URL, link title)
Save
Saved translations are automatically delivered to the matching storefront locale based on your Shopify (Markets) settings — no need to turn on display separately per locale.
You can only translate into languages already added in your online store admin (Settings > Languages).
On the Free plan, an upgrade banner is shown instead of the translation page, and translations can't be created or edited.
If you downgrade from Light or Regular to Free, previously saved translations keep being delivered to your storefront — only creating or editing new translations is blocked immediately.
