Add and edit authors from "Authors" in the app menu. Author name is required. Profile image, author type, job title, description, and link are optional.
Prerequisite: You can create up to 5 authors on the Free plan, 15 on the Light plan, and unlimited authors on the Regular plan.
(1) Open Authors
From Shopify admin, go to Apps and open "RuffRuff Author Profiles." Select "Authors" from the app menu.
(2) Add an author
Select "Add author" in the upper-right corner. If you have reached the limit, you cannot select the button.
(3) Enter the fields and save
Enter the author name. Optionally enter a profile image, author type, job title, description, and link. Select "Save."

(1) Open the author to edit
From "Authors," select the name of the author you want to edit.
(2) Change the details and save
Change the fields, then select "Save."
After saving, reload the target page and confirm the display.
On Authors, you can check the author name, author type, job title, and applied count. You can search by author name.
Deleting authors is not supported. If you reach the limit, edit an unused author and reuse it.
