If your author profiles are not displaying, check each of the following items in order.
Open the Shopify theme editor and check that an App Block or App Embed has been added to the relevant template (article, product, or page). If not, add it and click "Save."
Check the content in "Blog posts," "Products," or "Pages" and confirm that an author has been applied. If the author column shows "Not yet added," apply an author.
Check that the eye icon for the "Author Profiles" app in the theme editor is not grayed out. If it is grayed out, the app is disabled.
